It was truly a blessed missionary visit as a District Rector was appointed for Egbudu Akah District and a District Rector Delegate for Ogba District.
At Evbobutu 1, Lead Apostle took a bible text from Numbers 14:22: “But My servant Caleb, because he has a different spirit in him and has followed Me fully, I will bring into the land where he went, and his descendants shall inherit it.”
He admonished brethren to have the right view in our Christian belief as Joshua and Caleb. The congregation were reliably informed by the Lead Apostle that we are in the Mega Period (completion period) which started from the call of the Apostles to prepare the bride of Christ. Our view about God, Christ, Holy Spirit, teaching of Christ, church, ministers, brothers and sisters surely will influence our words and actions. Hence, we must have the correct view of God and His plan of salvation for mankin.
At Ikheniro congregation in Benin South District, Lead Apostle admonished the brothers and sisters from a bible text from 1 John 5:4: “Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.”
He exhorted all presence to always ask in confidence and according to God's will. He said that our fight on daily basis is to put effort in doing the will of God in words and actions (conduct).
At Ekpan 1 congregation in Warri North District, Lead Apostle took a bible text from Psalms 50:14: “Offer to God thanksgiving, and pay your vows to the Most High”.
Brothers and sisters were admonished never to forget to pay the vows made at various stages in life to God and man. This is because God must hold us accountable for any vow we made to Him. He exhorted everyone to be careful in making vows should not be made carelessly. God never force anyone to make a vow, but once a vow made it must be paid.
At Effurun congregation in Warri South District, Lead Apostle admonished brethren from Joel 2:21: “Fear not, O land; be glad and rejoice, for the Lord has done marvelous things!”
The Lead Apostle was assisted by the area Apostle in all the divine services and each District Rector was called to contribute to the sermon in his district.
District Evangelist Charity Imade, the national youth leader in Nigeria was also called to serve at Umutu congregation.
