Lead Apostle Nwogu and Apostle Ekpenyong before the commencement of the meeting with the district ministers in Four Towns Uy
15 April 2021

Lead Apostle Geoffrey Nwogu began his one week apostolic and pastoral care visit to Southern Nigeria on Tuesday, 23rd March 2021 at Four Towns, Uyo with a meeting with District Ministers of South Central Area cared for by Apostle Effiong Ekpenyong.

The meeting which consists of spiritual and administrative parts had 26 ministers in attendance.

He exhorted them with a text word from John 15: 16 ”You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain…"

Addressing the District Rectors, the Lead Apostle reminded them that they are not working for themselves knowing that they were chosen and appointed to help prepare the bride of Christ for His return.

He said, when we serve in the mind of Christ, fruits shall surely abound.
He urged all to serve in and out of season by caring for the flocks entrusted to their care.

Fruits expected of us includes but not limited to love, faith, hope and joy.
Others are patience, humility, reconciliation and perseverance, he reiterated.

Lead Apostle further said for these fruits to be visible we must prepare ourselves through:
The word of God, fight for the salvation of others and proclaim the gospel.

He concluded that when we do these, whatever we ask in His name, we shall receive.
