Arrival & Check-in
The youth arrived as scheduled, to enjoy the all of the day’s activities. At 12 noon, all the participants took part in the accreditation, allocation of boots and preparation for rally.

Evangelism Rally & Female football competition
The rally was overwhelming, as hundreds of youth marched around the city of Umuahia the capital city of Abia State in the Eastern part of Nigeria for evangelism.

After the rally, a female football match between Umuahia zone and Obingwa zone took place and it ended in a draw while the Obingwa sisters won on penalty shootout  3-1.

Welcome Address
At 7:30pm, District Elder S.A. Arukwe, welcomed all the youth and addressed them concerning the convention while emphasizing that they should remain faithful to Christ in their youthful age no matter the ups and down going on in their lives.

A welcome message and integration into the youth for the 2019 confirmands was done by District Elder Ugochukwu Nwankpa.

Seminar: Youth and Challenges
Priest Izuchukwu Sunday conducted a seminar on the topic, “Youth and challenges”. He talked about the use of internet, marriage, jobs and numerous challenges the youth face in today’s society.
