Bishop Adelabu Isaac of Ado Ekiti South West Nigeria gives daughter’s hand in marriage
Olabisi Adelabu, the youngest daughter of Bishop Isaac Adelabu of South West was On Saturday the 11th of February joined together in holy matrimony with her husband, Adeniyi Azeez at New Apostolic Church Ado Ekiti Congregation in Ekiti State.
Apostle Geofffrey Nwogu was accompanied by 3 Apostles and 1 Bishop. Emmanuel Hagher, the host Apostle, Augustine Rotimi from Abuja, Paul Ogboru and Bishop Banuna from Port Harcourt. The text word for the wedding was taken out of the book of 1 peter 4:8 “And above all things have fervent love for one another, for “love will cover a multitude of sins.”
In his message, the Apostle explained to the congregation about the marriage super with the lamb in heaven. He told the congregation that the wedding he was about to administer to sister Bisi and Adeniyi has been planned for a long time, but it was going to take only a few hours for everything to be done. He went on to say that the marriage super with the lamb will take forty two months and during this time, there will be tribulations on earth and those who will not take part in the marriage super will face those tribulations. While advising Bisi and Adeniyi according to the text word of the day, he asked them to have a deep love for one another as this would help them cover all mistakes from each other. He told the congregation that marriage is not an institution of experimentation. While talking about love, the Apostle say that we can’t define neither describe love, God made it to be in the heart. But God demonstrated love by sending his son to remove us from sins. How does fervent love manifest? By believing and having confidence in the words of God. With love you will forgive one another, you will not count faults.
