The choir after the divine service at Ikot Udo Iyak
21 March 2022

The South West Area of Nigeria cared for by Apostle Enobong Udoh was blessed with the visit of Lead Apostle Geoffrey Nwogu as part of his pastoral and apostolic care visit to Southern Nigeria.

Thursday morning, 3rd March 2022, the Lead Apostle held a meeting with 29 District leaders and their deputies at Nto Obo, Abak.

He strengthened the brethren with a text word from 1 Timothy 4:16:  "Take heed to yourself and to the doctrine, continue in them, for in doing this you will save both yourself and those who hear you"

In his exhortation, Lead Apostle Nwogu said we have been called by God for a purpose. For this reason, He equipped us so that we can bring things into being that previously did not exist.

He went on to say:  God saves those who accept guidance from the Holy Spirit and the Holy Spirit creates hope and persistence.

To this, I beseech you all, take heed to your: Faith, love for God and your neighbour, joy in the Lord, offerings, talents and Sacrifices and fellowship of the children of God

Concluding, he urged all to proclaim the gospel in purity and follow the apostolate.

Speak for your servants hears

The following morning, the Lead Apostle and his entourage arrived Ikot Udo Iyak in Ikot Ndot District to a joyous reception.

He admonished them with a word from 1 Samuel 3:10 : "Now the Lord came and stood and called as at other times, ‘Samuel! Samuel! ' And Samuel answered, ' Speak, for your servant hears'”

Apostle Enobong Udoh and District Elder Armstrong Inyang were called to serve along.

71 souls attended the divine service.

God manifest his love

In the afternoon the Lead Apostle concluded his visit in Area with divine service at Nung Okubo in Abak District where 72 souls had joyfully waited.

In his homily, he addressed the congregation with a word from 1 John 4:9 : "In this the love of God was manifested towards us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him"

He said we are living in a time when the mysteries of God are brought closer to the people through the activities of the Holy Spirit in the apostolate.

The Lead Apostle emphasized that the love of God dwells in us and pleaded that we allow the love that has been shared in our hearts to bear fruits.

He affirmed that the love of God gives us spiritual stability in life.

Jesus loves us, He proved His love by dying for us. He conquered sin, death and hell.

He will return soon for our eternal salvation, for our completion and glorification…

Apostle Udoh and District Elder Moses served along.
