On Sunday 14 April, 2024, there was great joy in Benin city as another set of young brothers and sisters numbering 16 received their confirmation blessings in GRA congregation in Benin North District!

The Apostle admonished the confirmands to always believe and trust God! He told them not to allow anything to make them to doubt God, Jesus Christ, the Church, the Apostolate, and the message of the cross!

The Chief Apostle's letter and message was read to them and they made their vow and received their confirmation blessing! The confirmands and their parents/guardians were full of joy and praise God for His grace and blessings upon them! 

For the divine service, the Apostle took a Bible Text from John 20:28: And Thomas answered and said to Him, "My Lord and my God!" 

In his message, the Apostle said: The resurrection of Jesus is a divine act that can only be recognized by faith.  He said, faith does not depend on proof, but on the power of the Holy Spirit. Using Thomas as an example, he said: He moved from doubt to professing his belief that Jesus is Lord and God.  The Apostle went on further to tell the brethren that, with the help of the Holy Spirit, we can overcome doubts and arrive at an accurate image of God.  The divine service was attended by 225 persons.
