On Sunday 4th January, 2026, the Lead Apostle Nwanza Oscar conducted a golden jubilee wedding anniversary for District Elder Adeyemi ir and wife, Sister Margaret Adeyemi at Iju congregation, Lagos West District in West Apostle working area. First of it’s kind in West working area. The couple still remains strong in the service of the Lord. It was the first Sunday of the year which started with unveiling the motto of 2026! "Don't be afraid, Just believe" from Mark 5: 36 (excerpt). Many people are worried as this year begins. They are concerned about their future and the future of their children. In this climate of uncertainty and anxiousness, we seek refuge with God. Fear in itself cannot be condemned. It is simply part of life. Fear can provoke irrationality, dissipation and dissociation. It breeds sadness, bitterness, and despair. God advises us to trust in His omnipotence, His faithfulness, and His love. Faith helps us concentrate on what is essential — namely eternal life. In 2026, let us take a closer look at our Creed in order to immerse ourselves in its contents. Afterwards was the "Glorious Celebration" of the couple in a blessed fellowship with all brethren.
